Acceptance

By using Godoo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list a property on Godoo.

Listings

• All listings must be accurate and represent real, available properties.
• You may not list properties you do not own or have authorization to rent.
• Fraudulent or misleading listings will be removed and may result in account termination.
• Godoo reserves the right to review or remove any listing at any time.

Payments

Godoo is a listing platform only. We do not process or facilitate payments between landlords and tenants. Any payment arrangements are made directly between the parties. We strongly advise against paying any amount before visiting a property in person.

User Conduct

• Treat other users with respect and honesty.
• Do not use Godoo for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid proper agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Godoo is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or outcomes of rental agreements made through the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
