What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally a profile photo and phone number. When you create a listing, we collect property details, photos, and location information you provide.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Godoo platform
• To allow tenants and landlords to communicate
• To verify user identities through our optional ID verification process
• To send important account and safety notifications

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, and Storage), which are hosted in Google's secure data centers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Phone Numbers

If you add a phone number to your profile, it is only revealed on your listings when a user explicitly clicks "Show Phone Number." It is never displayed publicly without your consent.

Cookies

Godoo uses Firebase Authentication cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@godoo.et. We will process your request within 30 days.
