Our Story

My name is Fenan Gudina. I was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and moved to the United States with my family when I was 17. Although I now study computer science in college, I have always wanted to use what I learn to create something meaningful for my community.

The idea for Godoo began when I saw how often people complained about the difficulty of finding a home in Ethiopia. Listings were scattered, reliable information was hard to find, and many people felt they had no choice but to depend on traditional delalas.

I believed there could be a better way.

Godoo was created to bring property listings and direct communication together in one simple platform. Whether you are searching from within Ethiopia or from abroad, Godoo helps you explore your options with greater ease and confidence.
