Answers to common questions about using Godoo.
How do I list my property?
Click List Property in the top navigation. You'll need an account. The listing wizard walks you through photos, location, pricing, and details in a few minutes.
How do I contact a landlord?
On any listing page, click Send Message. You'll need to be logged in. Messages are delivered directly through Godoo - no phone number required.
Is Godoo free to use?
Yes. Browsing and messaging are free for tenants. Listing a property is free for landlords. Godoo charges zero commission on any rental.
How do I verify my account?
Go to your Profile, click the Verification tab, and upload a photo of your national ID. Verified accounts get a trust badge visible to others.
How do I save listings?
Click the heart icon on any property card to save it to your Saved Homes. You must be logged in.
I found a suspicious listing. What should I do?
Report it to safety@godoo.et immediately. Never pay any money before visiting a property in person. Read our Safety Guide for more tips.
How do I delete my listing?
Go to your Profile → My Listings tab, and click the delete button on the listing you want to remove.
